~ Counselling Exeter ~ HOW IT WORKS Following an initial conversation on the phone an assesment appointment is arranged. This will give us an oportunity to discuss what you are hoping to achieve, to explore a little of the background, and for us to decide whether we can work together. It takes courage to visit sonmeone new to share your situation with, and I hope that I can make you feel at easy quickly. If you decide to continue with the therapy we will book in a series of appointments usually that will be hourly sessions weekly for 6 to 8 weeks. However peoples needs vary cosiderably so we will discuss together whether short or long term work is required. Fees £35 per session for individuals and £40 for couples.
